For more than two decades, Tomas Falmer has worked as a fashion photographer. His images – defined by a minimalist and almost geometrical approach, often using natural light – are easy to recognizable, whether they are part of an editorial or an advertising campaign. Recently, his interest in architecture and design has led him to explore also other motifs, and today he also photographs architecture, interiors, and landscapes.

After a decade in London, where he worked primarily with fashion magazines and brands, he is now based in Stockholm, though his work has him travelling extensively. In 2021, he published the book Sätt att se [Ways of Seeing], an image-driven guide to Capri.

In addition to being a photographer, he is also co-founder of Lohi Journal, dedicated to slow travel.
